The Korean Ophthalmological Society (KOS)The Korean Ophthalmological Society (KOS), whose members are composed of Korean board-certified ophthalmologists, ophthalmology trainees and physicians practicing ophthalmology-related medical care, was inaugurated on the 1st of November 1947. Our mission at the Korean Ophthalmological Society is to promote advances in knowledges and skills in ophthalmology to foster mutual fellowship among members of the society and to encourage among its members a commitment to education and research in depth. The vision for the Korean Ophthalmological Society is to contribute to the well-being of Korean people and world through our achievement in the research and education of eye care. |
