Cambodian Ophthalmological SocietyThe Cambodian Ophthalmological Society (COS) was established in 2003 by a group of eye doctors and approved by the Ministry of Health with the mission to provide quality eye care services in all eye care facilities in all provinces of Cambodia and help all eye care professionals to improve their professional skills in their career and to improve patientsˇ¦ confidence by uplifting the standards of eye care service in the country to meet the international standard.
Member of COS consisted of ophthalmologist, basic eye doctor, eye doctors and medical assistants all over the country who are currently providing eye care service and eye health education, and also actively involves in the control of blindness in the country. Currently the COS has 61 members which made up of all ophthalmologists and eye doctors all over the country. |
