APSPOS Travel Grant

The Asia-Pacific Strabismus and Paediatric Ophthamology Society (APSPOS) was established in 2008 aiming to assist paediatric ophthalmological and strabismus development in the Asia-Pacific region and provide a platform for good integration of skills and knowledge of clinicians in this subspecialty.

We are pleased to offer up to 3 APSPOS Travel Grants for young ophthalmologists in the Asia-Pacific region to attend the 2016 AAPOS and SPOSI Joint Conference. Priority will be given to ophthalmologists who are aged 40 or below, from a developing country and whose presentations (free paper or poster) have been accepted by the Scientific Program Committee of the 2016 AAPOS and SPOSI Joint Conference. Each successful applicant will receive US$500 if they live outside the host country of the 2016 AAPOS and SPOSI Joint Conference (i.e. India) whereas those who live in the host country will receive US$300.
